The Financial Advisors

Robinswood Financial Advisors have seventy-five years of combined experience in the financial services industry

Investment decisions are based largely on the strategy, philosophy, and research results of our investment team. Each investment advisor is a member of the investment team that continually explores and evaluates investment vehicles and financial planning issues and topics. This ensures that the Robinswood core beliefs and investment philosophy are consistently applied to your account.

We work with our clients according to a committed customer-first, relationship-based philosophy. Let us share with you our professional and personal experiences. They define much of who we are as individuals as well as investment professionals.

Jeanne MacRae, CFP®

Financial Advisor

jeanne@robinswood.com

Jeanne specializes in retirement planning strategies. She serves successful clients that are ready to live their lives intentionally. By serving as your essential partner, she endeavors to understand your situation, your needs and what you want to accomplish. As a CFP®, she tailors a strategy for you to assist you in reaching your unique life goals for retirement, college, estate transfer or new life adventures.

It is tough to find the time to create a strategy to achieve your life goals and even tougher to implement it. That’s why the advisory process can make it easy for you. Following these four steps, together, we can develop and maintain a sound financial strategy:

  • Identify your objectives, risk tolerance and time horizon
  • Consider costs, tax implications, market conditions and asset allocation
  • Recommend and implement your investment strategy
  • Monitor and adjust to changes (personal and market)

The best advice is to start NOW. When you start dealing with the facts of your financial situation, the fiction has less time to twirl around in your head causing doubt and despair over your future. One focus is your Return on Investments (ROI). Having your money give you a Return on Life (ROL) is the real objective. Armed with the facts, you can be on the road to reaching financial peace of mind.

Jeanne joined Robinswood Financial coming from Merrill Lynch. She is passionate about serving her clients well. To that end, she has achieved her Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation (2004) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®) designation (2008) and the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®) (2013). In her prior life, she held management positions in the dental, optical and manufacturing industries (L’eggs Pantyhose being one rich in “war stories”).

Jeanne has served her community on the boards of Kirkland Rotary, Kirkland Performance Center, Kirkland Woman’s Club, her Condo association and other organizations. She is a member of Financial Planning Association (FPA) and has been a member of American Association of University Women (AAUW) and Accounting and Financial Women Affiliation (AFWA). She has served with Volunteer Optometric Service to Humanity (VOSH), traveling to developing countries to serve remote communities with their eye care needs. She loves spending time with her grown son, his wife and his family in Redmond. Her two granddaughters are now off to college and it is a joy to watch them find their path. She enjoys golfing, swimming, reading, travel (when it is safe again!) and visiting her Minnesota family.
